Bestie Builders Terms & Conditions Agreement This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between No BS Besties | Bestie Builders, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned (“Member”).

By purchasing from us this Agreement, Member acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions for use of the Bestie Builders (BB) subscription SaaS platform.

1. Subscription & Payments Bestie Builders is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). All sales are final.

There are no refunds or chargebacks under any circumstances.

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Member is responsible for managing their subscription status before renewal. If a chargeback is initiated, your account access will be immediately deactivated, and you will be billed for: Administrative time for setting up, managing, and deactivating your account. Any processing or penalty fees incurred by Bestie Builders due to the chargeback.

2. 3. OG Launch Besties (Joined May 22, 2025 – Sept 26, 2025) Launch Special Annual Plan Members: grandfathered into ALL-ACCESS Annual + Bonus Plan. Retain all products/funnels through Oct 2025 + new bonuses ($97/mo gift card, 1 custom AI bot, mentorship chat). Annual + AI Besties Promo Members: continue AI Besties access for the rest of subscription (moving to Skool soon). Launch Special $97/mo Members: continue to receive $97/mo gift card to the store as long as this plan is active or upgraded to Annual + Bonus. Retain all products/funnels through Oct 2025.

4. Access & Community Support Access, onboarding steps, and BB Community details (Annual members) + mentorship chat details (Annual + Bonus) emailed within 48 business hours of Agreement signing. Monthly AI bot funnels are auto-loaded into Annual + Bonus accounts. Monthly $97 gift cards are emailed the following month during active subscription.

5. Products & Usage Rights Digital products + customized AI bots provided by No BS Besties | Bestie Builders, LLC are for personal use only and may only be resold while maintaining an active Bestie Builders membership.

Products bought from the LMT/DFY Shopify store must follow the product guidelines and resell rights listed for each product. If membership lapses, resell rights and continued access to products are revoked.

6. Member Responsibilities Member acknowledges success requires active participation. Member agrees to: Access training/resources in the BB Community. Take responsibility for implementing tools, strategies, and products. Seek support via office hours, chat, or email when needed.

7. Agreement to Terms Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. No BS Besties | Bestie Builders, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
